John Southan qualified as a solicitor in July 2006 having trained at Talfourds Solicitors in Hornchurch, Essex, in both commercial and residential property.

He joined Wortley Byers in October 2007 and specialises in a wide range of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases, leases, re-mortgages and development projects.
